Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is easily accessible from the main shopping hub. the rooms are spacious and the attached restaurant serves decent food at reasonable prices. it offers good value for money.
The hotel lacks maintenance. Sheets and blankets are not changed regularly, and cockroaches can be seen in some of the rooms.

The management lacked attention to detail, with the rooms in need of refurbishment. The bathrooms were unorganized, with sewage pipes running through them and cheap fittings.
